I have a question about 繼承讓渡  and 拋棄繼承 .

What's different between with them?

(Becasue one of our family members want to take several money after my mother past away.  The other member would like to give her since they need to deal with several goverment papers . They just want to have a peaceful life. )

拋棄繼承 means the successor gives up all of the inheritance.They need to submit some legal papers to the local district court in three months after your mother past away.

繼承讓渡 is not a formal legal term. But I guess it means the one of your family who wants to take several money requires the others to sign some papers to transfer the inheritance to him/her.
